Return of goods


The size doesn't fit you? Don't like the color? Or have you simply changed your mind about your purchase? No problem! You have an extended 30-day return period at Koloshop.

This form is not intended for submitting complaints. For information on complaints, please continue below.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You don’t pay the shipping fee you select in Retino upfront—it will be automatically deducted from the total amount we will refund you for the goods.

In case of withdrawal from the contract and a decrease in the value of the remaining goods below the free shipping limit, the selected shipping cost will be charged additionally. If the order was paid using gift vouchers, the contract withdrawal will result in the vouchers being reissued.

Can’t find your order in the form? Contact our customer support, or simply send the goods to Koloshop s. r. o., Míru 577, 417 31 Novosedlice, Czech Republic and include the return form in the package.

Warranty for defects

All goods sold on www.koloshop24.com come with a minimum 24-month warranty for defects. Some components are subject to special warranty conditions, which are specified in the product description on our website. The length of the warranty period is also stated on the sales receipt.

During this two-year period, the buyer has the right to file a complaint about the product's defects.
All warranty and post-warranty service is provided either by our company or by the exclusive representative of the manufacturer in the Czech Republic.

Please send claimed goods to: Koloshop s.r.o., Míru 577, Teplice - Novosedlice 417 31, Czech Republic.

Shipments delivered to locations other than our stores will not be processed and their transportation will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective carrier.

If you are claiming a trainer, rollers, or riding component due to any unusual noise or mechanical malfunction, please record the issue in a short video and send it to us via email at info@koloshop24.com.
We will then request the item to be delivered.

If you are claiming shoes, please include an estimated mileage in your defect description.

All items must be sent to us dry and clean; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
