Downhill Skis
For alpine skiing, choose skis based on length, width, profile type, and skier's experience. Longer skis offer stability, while shorter ones are more maneuverable. Wider skis are ideal for powder snow, narrower ones for groomed trails. Choose according to the profile type, either classic for slopes or rocker for better flotation in powder snow. Stiffer skis are stable at high speeds, softer ones are suitable for beginners.
