In our online shop, you can shop in two ways – with registration or without registration.
The basic rule is that the discount is only displayed after logging in and is shown directly on the product, meaning the item automatically has a lower price than before logging in.
We therefore recommend using the online shop and logging in for all orders, including those with personal pickup.
The goods will already be prepared at the branch including your customer discount. Retroactive discount adjustments, for example at the branch, or retroactive order entry into the system, are not possible.
If you need information about the discount you received or want to update your registration details, please log in to your profile, where everything is listed.
If you are not yet a registered customer, don’t hesitate to register. After creating a customer account and subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive a welcome discount on your entire first purchase.
Premium, student, and VIP discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.
The granted discount may be revoked in exceptional cases (inappropriate behavior, repeated and unjustified cancellations, failure to collect shipments, etc.).
