These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the online shop on the above mentioned domains of the seller, which are operated by Koloshop s.r.o. The terms and conditions define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and its customers (consumers or buyers).
We modify and update our product offering every day. All product prices and shipping fees are final prices including VAT, displayed in EUR (or converted to your local currency at checkout if applicable).
We would like to stress that most of the information on the sellers' websites is taken from the manufacturers and suppliers. Despite our best efforts to be as accurate as possible, inaccuracies or errors in interpretation may occur, for which we hereby reserve the right, and for which we are in no way responsible. Bicycle specifications may vary depending on the availability of parts at the time of manufacture.
The goods are presented in the Koloshop s.r.o. online shop in the form of previews of each category. The detail of each item includes the name, short description, picture and other additional technical information about the product. The shades of colours of the product photos may differ slightly from the colour of the actual product due to the settings of individual visitors' monitors. Koloshop s.r.o. is not responsible for this fact. The pictures of the product variants may be illustrative only.
After selecting the desired variant or product color by clicking "ADD TO CART", you will place the selected product in your cart. Each time you view the basket you will see the product, the number of items inserted and the total price of the goods in the basket.
In the cart, you will see a preview of the product with the quantity that can be adjusted. In the second step, you have the option to fill the order including shipping and address. After you have filled in the order details and read the terms and conditions, you need to click the button to confirm the order. Then the final recap appears and you confirm the order.
If you are an EU business customer with a valid VAT registration and require a VAT-free intracommunity purchase, please send us your VAT ID documentation (e.g. VAT certificate or company registration confirming your VAT number) at info@koloshop24.com. Once verified, we can process your order without charging VAT.
In case the value of the order falls below the amount for free postage, postage will be charged according to the current price list.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “consumer” is any individual who is acting outside the scope of their business or profession when ordering goods. A “business customer” (or “entrepreneur”) is a buyer who is purchasing goods in connection with their trade, business, craft or profession (for example, using a company VAT ID). Consumers are entitled to the rights granted by consumer protection laws and these T&C (such as the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days, and a statutory warranty for defects). Business customers are not entitled to certain consumer rights (like the 30-day no-reason return or other protections granted by consumer law); their purchase is governed by the general provisions of the Civil Code without those consumer-specific provisions.
The minimum order value for online purchases on koloshop24.com is 15 EUR (or equivalent). Orders below this value cannot be processed due to administrative costs.
The following stage is the confirmation of your order by our company with a delivery date. The automatically generated order confirmation email is only a response to your offer to close the deal. Acceptance of your order will be made no later than the next working day by another email.
The purchase contract between the buyer and seller is concluded when the seller accepts the order and confirms it via a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer only upon receipt of the goods and full payment.
By submitting an order, the buyer agrees to our Terms and Conditions and also agrees that the seller Koloshop s.r.o. will process the data obtained from the order form for its own purposes, especially for the processing of the order and the dispatch of the shipment.
In the case of registered customers, we obtain consent that the seller Koloshop s.r.o. may store the data in its customer database for an indefinite period of time or until the customer withdraws consent.
By submitting an order, the buyer agrees that Koloshop s.r.o. will use the personal data provided in the order form for the purposes of processing the order, payment, and delivery of goods. Registered customer data may be stored in our customer database to facilitate future orders and customer service. All personal data handling is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy (available on our website), which the buyer is encouraged to read. We do not retain personal data longer than necessary, and customers may request deletion of their data or closure of their account at any time.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he/she has read the claims procedure and these terms and conditions and that he/she agrees to them. The order is a draft purchase contract. Each order has its own unique number, which we request is used when communicating with the seller. In addition, this order number serves as variable symbol when paying by bank transfer.
The contract of sale actually arises at the moment of receipt of the ordered goods by the buyer.
In certain cases, the seller reserves the right not to conclude the purchase contract. These are in particular the following cases:
The validity of an electronic order is subject to the proper completion of all the data and details prescribed by the form. The place of delivery of the goods is the delivery address specified by the buyer in the order form. The ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt and payment.
The place of delivery is the shipping address provided by the buyer in the order. In case of personal collection (pickup) by the buyer, the place of delivery is our shop at Míru 577, Teplice - Novosedlice, 417 31, Czech Republic.
In the event of non-payment of the advance invoice within 14 days of its issue, the order will be cancelled.
Orders older than 3 months will be cancelled. Exceptions are pre-ordered bicycles.
Delivery time depends on the availability of the goods, which is indicated for each item. This delivery time is subject to change due to supply complications. Another criterion is the chosen mode of transport.
If the ordered goods are in stock and the order has been confirmed by us by 12:00 pm (you will receive an email with a confirmed delivery date the next day), the package will be ready for dispatch the same day.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. Within the EU, packages usually arrive in 2–7 business days after dispatch. (For neighboring countries to the Czech Republic it may be 2-3 days; for Scandinavia or further parts of Europe, closer to a week.). If some items are not in stock, the delivery time will be communicated to you in the delivery clarification email. During this period the buyer is not entitled to cancel the order. In the event that we cannot deliver the goods you have ordered due to unavailability, you will be informed immediately by the customer service staff and your order will be cancelled or updated by agreement. Orders older than 3 months will be cancelled. Exceptions are pre-ordered bicycles.
If an order is placed on a non-business day, we will deal with its confirmation and processing promptly on the next business day in accordance with points a) and b) of this paragraph.
The choice of payment method for the goods is included in the order form. The Seller Koloshop s.r.o. reserves the right to require the Buyer to pay a deposit for the ordered goods up to 100% of the purchase price.

We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, or bank transfer. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for orders outside the Czech Republic.
If the value of the order falls below the amount for free postage, postage will be charged according to the current price list.
In case of repeated cancellations or undelivered shipments, we reserve the right to require payment in advance.
In case of split orders, postage will be charged according to the current price list. Each part of the order will be treated as a separate order.
We currently deliver to customers in the European Union, specifically to the following countries: Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark. (Orders from other countries may be considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us at info@koloshop24.com for inquiries.) All orders are fulfilled from our central warehouse in the Czech Republic.
Payment and Delivery: Detailed information about available payment methods and shipping options can be found on our Shipping and Payment page. All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight/size of the order. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout. If your order exceeds our free shipping threshold (if offered for your country), no shipping fee will be charged. In case we agree to split your order into multiple shipments (for example, due to backordered items), shipping may be charged for each partial shipment as a separate order.
Please note: For new customers or in cases of higher-risk orders, we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance (bank transfer or online payment) before dispatching goods.
Shipping costs vary by country and order size and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered for orders over 250 EUR, Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark (otherwise standard shipping fees apply according to our Shipping Rates table).

This complaints procedure is governed by the relevant provisions of Czech law (in particular the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act) which reflect the consumer rights directives of the European Union (e.g., a 24-month guarantee for consumers against product defects).
All goods sold on www.koloshop24.com are guaranteed for a minimum of 24 months. Some components are subject to special warranty conditions, which are listed for this case with the description of the goods on our website. The terms of the length of the warranty are also stated on the sales receipt. A 12-month warranty is provided for second-hand goods.
During this two year warranty period, the buyer is entitled to make a claim on the goods for defects. Defects detected within 14 days after receipt of shipment are governed by other provisions.
All warranty and post-warranty service is provided by our company or the manufacturer's exclusive representative in the Czech Republic.
If the purchase is made by a business or for business use, the statutory warranty provisions for consumers do not apply; in such cases, liability for defects follows the generally applicable law for commercial contracts (which may entail a shorter liability period or conditions as per the manufacturer’s warranty
All claims, the Warranty Claim Procedure, which determines the buyer's procedure, is governed by the current legislation, in particular the provisions of the New Civil Code 89/2012 Coll. and the Consumer Protection Act 634/1992 Coll.
The possibility of making a claim for defective goods is limited only to goods that have been purchased from the seller, which the buyer must confirm by presenting a duly completed proof of purchase or its number. The goods can only be claimed against the seller Koloshop s.r.o.
The Seller is responsible for defects that the sold item has upon receipt by the Buyer. The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use.
If there is a defect that can be remedied, the buyer has the right to have it remedied free of charge, in a timely and proper manner. The seller Koloshop s.r.o. must endeavour to settle the claim as quickly as possible.
If there is a defect which cannot be removed and which prevents the item from being properly used as a non-defective item, the buyer has the right to have the goods replaced.
A defect that has been caused by improper assembly cannot be accepted.

The liability of the seller Koloshop s.r.o. does not apply to poorly packed and incorrectly shipped shipments from the buyer with the claimed goods.
COD shipments will not be accepted without advanced notice and agreement.
The Seller is responsible for defects that the sold item has upon receipt by the Buyer. The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use of the item.
If the seller fails to repair or replace the goods claimed within one calendar month (a claim arises if the deadline is one day greater than the date of receipt of the claim in the previous month), the buyer is entitled to a new product or a full refund of the purchase price. The buyer is obliged to notify this choice when handing over the claim. Without this information, the product will always be exchanged for a new one.
In the case of an unaccepted claim, a handling fee equal to the cost of locating the fault and sending the goods to the manufacturer for assessment, plus return postage and packing will be charged to the customer.
The buyer is also entitled to request the repair of the goods from the manufacturer's representative in the Czech Republic, if the representative is obliged to do so by the contract with the manufacturer.
The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract only in the cases provided for by law and subject to other conditions specified in the sources of this Complaints Procedure.
The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller Koloshop s.r.o. by e-mail info@koloshop24.com, before sending the claimed goods, that he is sending the goods.
If the warranty claim is recognized as justified, the buyer is entitled to reimbursement of the necessary shipping costs for returning the goods (up to a reasonable amount, e.g. standard postal parcel rate). Please provide a receipt of the return postage cost; we will refund up to approximately €10 of return shipping. (Higher amounts can be covered in exceptional cases if agreed in advance.)
In the event of a dispute, the buyer (consumer) may seek an out-of-court resolution. The supervisory authority for consumer protection in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, CTIA), Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic (website: www.coi.cz). The buyer can contact CTIA or their local European Consumer Centre for assistance in resolving a complaint. Note: We are not obligated to and do not participate in any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings unless required by law. (The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is currently unavailable as of 2025.)
The buyer is obliged to notify the transport company upon receipt of the shipment that the packaging of the shipment is damaged and to accept the shipment with reservation. If the contents of the shipment are damaged, the buyer-customer is obliged to contact the shipping company within 48 hours at the latest and request the initiation of a warranty claim. If the buyer claims the damaged shipment from the seller, the claim will be rejected.
For second-hand goods, the customer is obliged to familiarize himself/herself with the condition of the goods and the level of wear and tear of the individual components.
This Warranty Claim Procedure is part of the terms and conditions of the seller Koloshop s.r.o.
This Warranty Claim Procedure does not apply to situations where the customer accepts a damaged shipment from a shipping company. If the shipment containing the goods is damaged, the shipping company must be contacted within the next day at the latest and a warranty claim must be initiated with the shipping company. We also ask for a copy of the e-mail to be sent to us, so that we have an overview of the quality of the work of the shipping companies.
The Warranty Claim Procedure comes into force on 1 January 2017.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, for any reason or no reason.
If the purchase contract is concluded by means of distance communication (in an online shop), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract (return the goods) without giving reasons, according to the provisions of § 1829 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. of the Civil Code, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Detailed information on the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract or returning the goods is sent on the page Warranty Claims and Returns.
This provision of the law, however, cannot be understood as an option for free loan of goods. If the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal within 30 days, he must return to the seller goods in original condition as recieved under the contract of sale. If this is no longer possible, the Buyer acknowledges that if the goods returned by him are damaged, worn out or partially consumed or are not returned including all accessories (warranty card, manual, packaging, etc.), the Seller is entitled to compensation for the costs incurred in returning the goods or restoring them to their original condition in accordance with the provisions of Section 1833 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. of the Civil Code. The Seller is entitled to unilaterally offset the claim for payment of these costs against the Buyer's claim for reimbursement of the purchase price. Theoretically, these costs may amount to the full purchase price of the goods.
If the seller has not provided the buyer with the information that he is obliged to provide pursuant to the provisions of Section 1820 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. of the Civil Code, the buyer may withdraw from the contract within one year and thirty days from the date of commencement of the withdrawal period. If, however, the buyer has been informed of the right to withdraw from the contract within this period, the 30-day withdrawal period starts from the day on which the buyer received the instruction.
The buyer shall deliver or send the withdrawal to the seller within the 30-day period. The buyer does not need to state the reason for which he is withdrawing from the contract.
In the case of withdrawal from the contract, it is necessary to claim the return of the goods only from the legal entity (Koloshop s.r.o.) from which the goods were purchased according to the sales documents.
The cost of returning the goods (if you withdraw from the contract) is borne by you, the consumer. We do not provide a return postage label for 30-day returns, so you will need to arrange and pay for shipping the goods back to us. Please do not send returns cash on delivery (COD), as we will not collect such shipments. If you need guidance on how to ship the item back, please contact our customer service.

The Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer the amount fully corresponding to the price of the goods and the costs paid for their delivery without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the moment of receipt of the withdrawal from the contract, including the returned goods, by transfer to the bank account of the Buyer. The Seller is not obliged to refund the Buyer before the returned goods are delivered to him. If the seller offers several options for delivery of the goods within a certain delivery method, he is obliged to reimburse the buyer for the cheapest of them. In the case of a refund, we will cover the shipping costs up to a maximum of the lowest shipping cost on offer in the eshop.
In case of partial cancellation and the remaining part of the order falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will be charged additionally.
The 30-day withdrawal right does not apply to, for example:
– Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom-built bikes, etc.).
– Goods that are perishable or which expire quickly.
– Goods that were delivered in a sealed package which you have unsealed and that are not suitable to return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened nutritional supplements, personal care items).
– Audio or video recordings or computer software where you have broken the original seal.
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
– Accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services if we’re to provide these on a specific date or period (not typically applicable to our goods sales).
– Digital content (not on a tangible medium like a CD/DVD) if it was delivered with your prior express consent before the 30-day period and we informed you that you would lose the right to withdraw.
– Services that have already been fully performed with your consent before the 30-day period elapsed.
Also, the buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the case of purchase of goods in a brick-and-mortar shop (even in the case of an online order with pickup at the seller's shop). In this case, the buyer has sufficient scope to inspect the goods purchased.
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts concluded with Koloshop s.r.o. are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. However, this choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence. In other words, as an EU consumer you will not lose any rights or protections afforded to you by the consumer laws in your country.
The costs for the use of means of distance communication shall be borne by the consumer.
Information and descriptions for items in the catalogue are created from sources supplied by importers. Koloshop s.r.o. is in no way responsible for their technical and factual inaccuracy.
Also, our company is not responsible for any damage caused by inaccurate information regarding products. The indicated prices of products are binding until such time that the product and price is not otherwise indicated on the Koloshop s.r.o. website. Items in the sale category are discounted only until the stock is sold out.
Items listed in the closeout category are discounted only until the stock is sold out.
The pictures on the website are for illustration purposes only, the description and the product name are determinative.
Customer information is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended. Koloshop s.r.o. is a registered administrator of personal data, all data obtained from customers is used exclusively for the internal needs of the company and to improve the quality of services offered. The exception is external carriers, to whom personal data of customers are transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of goods. Without the express consent of customers, Koloshop s.r.o. handles their personal data only to the extent permitted by the Act on the Sale of Personal Data.If you become a customer of the seller's online store, you already give your consent when registering that your data will be included in the database. This data is handled exclusively according to the statutory procedures as stated above.
The website, any part of it, product images, technical descriptions, website design, system layout, the terms and conditions so drawn up and the contents of all Seller domains are our intellectual property and may not be copied or otherwise used in any way without our permission. In the event of a breach of this legal clause, you expose yourself to the risks of the Copyright Act 121/2000, Copyright Act.
A consumer or a buyer is a person who, unlike the seller, is not acting in the course of his business or in the course of his independent exercise of his profession when concluding and performing a contract.
Other matters not mentioned herein are governed by the Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll.), the Consumer Protection Act (No. 634/1992 Coll.) and other legal regulations, as amended.
The Agreement and related matters are governed by Czech law.
