10 Speed Cassettes
10-speed cassettes from the major manufacturers (Shimano, Sram and SunRace) all fit the same Shimano HG 8/9/10 speed freehub. It is important to note the maximum cog size your rear derailleur can handle before selecting a cassette. Less expensive cassettes are usually made of steel, while the higher quality cassettes use aluminium carriers and sometimes titanium large cogs which make the cassettes lighter.
