Grig offers alternative dishes – edible insects.

"Big things often start out quite innocently – just like GRIG." This quote perfectly captures the humble beginnings of our company, which date back to a summer camp in 2015, where Adam first faced the challenge of tasting a grasshopper. Although he turned down his first chance, the idea wouldn’t let him sleep. Adam began researching and found that while producing insect-based foods was still illegal in our region at the time, insects were commonly used around the world as a nutritious and environmentally sustainable food. This experience inspired him to explore further and ultimately to found Grig with a vision: "We want to offer the world a tasty, nutritious, and less environmentally demanding alternative diet."
