How do I check product availability?

Our priority is to make sure the selected goods arrive at your home as quickly as possible. Product availability at the time of ordering and identifying any additional details play a major role in this case. In this article, we would like to explain what the product availability statuses in our online store mean.

The term “In Stock” 

If you want to ensure that your ordered goods arrive within a few days without delays caused by supplier or manufacturer deliveries from abroad, look for bikes, components, accessories, and other products in our categories marked with a green label “In Stock”. These products are located in our warehouse and can be shipped directly to you.

It’s also helpful to check the availability at individual branches. If you order multiple items, all might be in stock, but located in different branches. Please note that this may extend the processing time by about 1–2 days. Items available only at the branch are first transferred to the central warehouse before we complete and ship your order. But rest assured, we do everything we can to get the goods to you as quickly as possible.

Also pay attention to product sizes. Only those sizes that are marked in green as “In Stock” are available. You always need to click on the specific size to see its availability.

Availability “in 2 days” or “in 2–3 days”

Items showing a specific number of days are not currently in stock with us, but are definitely available from our supplier. The indicated days show how long it will take for the product to arrive at our central warehouse. So don't worry: what's not here yet is already on the way.

Items marked “On Request”

You may find items marked in grey with “On Request”. These are not physically in stock at the moment, but there's no reason to worry. If you add such an item to your order, it’s our responsibility to check the availability and any potential alternatives with the supplier.

Based on the supplier check, we can provide you with one of the following responses:

  1. The item is in stock at the supplier and we can order it

  2. The item is out of stock at the supplier, but we know the expected delivery date

  3. The item is out of stock and no delivery date is known

  4. We offer a suitable alternative

You can also inquire about the availability of items marked “On Request” via a dedicated form located on the product page ("Check Availability" button). You just need to enter your email, phone number, and specific inquiry. We will verify everything and get back to you within 24 hours on a business day.

Availability “Coming soon, available from [date]”

In our online shop, some product previews show a confirmed expected availability date “Available from xx-xx-xxxx”, indicating when the item will be in our stock. These dates are confirmed by our suppliers, so the products can be included in new orders. Delivery can be expected starting from the listed date.

Lastly, we want to mention that product availability in our online shop changes daily based on sales and supplier delivery capabilities. A 100% guaranteed delivery cannot always be ensured, but we do our best every day to make sure our information and offers meet your needs.
