29" disc brake wheels for mountain bikes. We carry wheels with either aluminum or carbon rims. First, determine which hubs and axles are compatible with your frame. Most modern mountain bikes use thru axles. The most common standards are 15x100 mm or Boost 15x110 mm in the front and 12x142 mm or Boost 12x148 mm in the rear. Quick-release hubs are still found on many mountain bikes. Lastly, confirm which freehub you will need for your drivetrain, and which mounting standard will be needed for the brake rotors.
