Small cylindrical handlebar bag with a capacity of 5L / 7L and a removable waterproof liner.
The bag is made from lightweight and durable main material Nylon Robic (PU coating 1500 mm H20). Inside the bag, there is a removable waterproof liner (coated Nylon RipStop fabric, PU 5000 mm with taped seams) that ensures the contents of the bag stay dry.
Exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and gear levers are reinforced with an additional layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon. The reinforcement between the spacer straps is made from HDPE board to achieve optimal weight.
The mounting polypropylene straps (100% recyclable) have a rough texture to prevent slipping in the buckles. The buckles and straps are chosen to be more subtle compared to the larger Bar Roll bag variant, considering the bag's volume, without negatively impacting their strength. The buckles have Camlok locks that prevent possible strap slippage. The double-sided roll closure of the bag with Nifco buckles (-20 °C) allows easy operation with gloves and can be rolled like a classic Drybag by fastening the buckles at the bag's opening.
Stressed seams are reinforced with the so-called Bartack stitch (zigzag), and all the threads used are polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength.
On the bottom of the bag from the outside under the compression straps, we placed a strap chain for the possibility of transporting additional equipment (e.g., tent poles). Additionally, a Bar Bag can be attached to the bag to increase the overall volume usable on the handlebars.
