Cylindrical handlebar bag with a 16L capacity and a removable waterproof liner.
The bag can be mounted on a wide range of handlebars. For flat or swallow handlebars, it is recommended to use Connectors that keep the bag clear of the handlebars and protect the brake levers and their hoses. Connectors are included with the bag.
The bag features a double-sided roll-up closure with Nifco buckles (-20°C) for easy handling with gloves, which can be secured like a classic drybag by clipping the buckles at the entry of the bag. The bag is designed so that its volume can be adjusted by rolling from both sides from 8 to 16L.
The main material used is Nylon (PU coating 1500 mm H2O), a durable and lightweight fabric. The bag includes a removable waterproof liner (coated Nylon ripstop fabric, PU 5000 mm with taped seams), which guarantees to keep the contents of the bag dry.
The bottom part of the bag where dirt accumulates from riding is made from easily maintainable, double-coated Tarpaulin material, and the exposed areas where the bag contacts the head tube, brake, and shift levers are reinforced with a second layer of Cordura Ecomade fabric.
The Polypropylene straps used (100% recyclable) have a coarse texture and do not slip in the buckles.
Stressed seams are reinforced with a Bartack stitch (zigzag), and all threads used are Polyester with a large fiber diameter for maximum strength. The strap chain at the bottom of the bag is for attaching to the side compression straps of a backpack for easy transport of the bag over rugged terrain, where full use of the bike's suspension is necessary, or in transportation vehicles.
