MTB helmet Alpina Croot, which is versatile and comfortable, is particularly suitable for enduro, all-mountain, or trails.

Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet. HI-EPS stands for High Expanded Polystyrene. The internal of the in-mold Alpina helmets are made of HI-EPS. These are very small beads of a special polystyrene in which a robust process gives rise to the internal shell of the helmet. This material does not absorb sweat or water. If damaged (e.g. after a fall), the helmet must no longer be used, as it is beyond repair!
