Protection is provided by Nucleon Plasma Protectors technology made from a viscoelastic material labeled USDA Certified Biobased, which flexes in all directions while still dispersing impact energy. The knee protectors meet CE Level 1 certification according to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1, making them suitable for sporty riding as well as everyday use. The slip-on sleeve construction uses elastic cuffs with silicone printing to keep the protector in place without constant readjustment. The base is breathable black stretch mesh fabric that supports ventilation and feels comfortable against the skin.
