Hydration is provided by two Quick Stow Flask bottles with a capacity of 0.5 liters, offering a total capacity of 1 liter, positioned right on the shoulder straps. Size L is designed for a chest circumference of 96 to 111 cm, and you can fine-tune stability while running with the double adjustable sternum strap.
