EKAR is a group destined for adventures. During your off-road excursions, you can rely on it one hundred percent, and thanks to the unique 13-speed cassette with the smallest sprocket having 9 teeth, you certainly won't be left behind even on the road...

The cassette is not included and can currently only be used with the Shamal Carbon C21 carbon wheels!

The set includes:

EKAR 1x13 Derailleur

A completely redesigned derailleur with a new hanger attachment system capable of reliably absorbing shocks from off-road riding.

EKAR 1x13 Shifters

The EKAR shifting system has been derived from the proven Ultra-Shift system introduced by Campagnolo back in 2008. The shifters are equipped with two separate levers, completely eliminating the possibility of accidental shifts during off-road riding. The shifters allow the adjustment of the brake and shift lever distance from the handlebars to accommodate different hand sizes.

EKAR 1x13 Chain

A specially developed chain for a 13-sprocket cassette. This chain is connected with a C-LINK connector which allows for repeated disconnection/connection, making it easier to clean & maintain.

EKAR 1x13 Crankset

Constructed using multidirectional carbon fiber. The integrated spindles are Ultra Torque type, one of the most reliable in the world, offering very simple assembly. The crankset is offered with chainrings of 38, 40, 42, and 44 teeth, which can be easily swapped without having to remove the cranks.

EKAR 1x13 Bottom Brackets/Press-Fit Adapters

Compared to standard bottom brackets/adapters, they are equipped with special rubber seals on both the sides and within the frame to prevent any ingress of moisture and dirt.

EKAR 1x13 Hydraulic Disc Brakes

Both calipers are Flat Mount type and typically supplied for 140 mm discs. With caliper adapters, they can accommodate discs of 160 mm. The brake system is filled with mineral oil. The DB brake disc Campagnolo AFS (Axial Fitting System, identical to Shimano Central Lock) discs are produced in diameters of 140 mm and 160 mm and a width of 1.85 mm. The outer ring is made from stainless steel and mounted on a six-arm aluminum carrier. This solution offers an ideal compromise between stiffness, weight, and heat dissipation generated during intense braking. Campagnolo placed a high emphasis on safety, hence choosing a round disc shape considered the safest in terms of potential injury. Additionally, the disc edge has been rounded in such a way that Campagnolo discs are currently considered the safest on the market.
