When the trail tips into a steep descent, you want the bike under control without overthinking it. The CANNONDALE DROPPER POST DOWNLOW 2 dropper post gives you room to move over the bike and peace of mind.
A dropper post lets you quickly lower the saddle before a descent and raise it back up for efficient pedaling. You’ll gain a more confident stance, better weight distribution, and smoother cornering.
The 34.9 mm seatpost diameter is aimed at modern frames, where strength and stable guidance in the seat tube matter. As a result, the bike feels calmer, especially on rough terrain.
The greater overall length provides more room to dial in the correct fit within the frame. It’s practical when you’re fine-tuning saddle height to match your body and the bike’s geometry.
The black finish pairs easily with most components and doesn’t draw attention. It looks clean even on a bike that gets put through mud and dust.
The seatpost diameter is 34.9 mm.
The overall length of the seatpost is 620 mm.
Travel is 230 mm
The seatpost color is black.
The product designation is K2923562.
The remote lever and cable routing are NOT included in the package.
CANNONDALE DROPPER POST DOWNLOW 2 is a dropper post for riders who want simpler bike control in changing terrain. It’s well suited for trail and enduro, where climbs, flats, and technical sections alternate. If the seat tube diameter matches, you’ll get a functional upgrade you’ll notice right away on the ride.
