CRANKBROTHERS Mallet DH Race High clipless pedals Polish Silver

Description

When the trail breaks into a steep drop, you want support that won’t give. CRANKBROTHERS Mallet DH Race High in Polish Silver holds your shoe securely and predictably, even when it’s wet and full of rocks.

Main benefits

The concave platform around the clip mechanism creates a stable footing and helps you control the bike at high speed. The ribbed body also increases traction even when you’re riding unclipped.

The 4-sided entry system lets you clip in from multiple sides and clears mud reliably. That means you can get into the pedal faster, without unnecessarily searching for the right position.

Each side has 8 adjustable pins that increase sole grip on the platform. The 8 mm pin length helps you hold your line through rough, broken-up sections.

Traction pad technology gives the interface between the cleat and the pedal a customizable feel. Adjustable float and release angle let you fine-tune the ride feel to match your style.

Technical specifications

The pedal body is made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.

The body measures 100 mm in length and 78 mm in width.

The forged SCM 435 Chromoly steel axle is 57 mm long and increases stability on descents.

Weight is 479 g per pair of pedals.

Conclusion

CRANKBROTHERS Mallet DH Race High are clipless pedals for downhill, enduro, and mountain bikes where confidence and quick response matter. The durable construction with 17-4PH stainless wings and a steel axle can handle hard use.

Igus LL-glide bearings on the inside and Enduro MAX on the outside work with a premium bearing system and double sealing. The High-Polished Silver finish looks clean and technical, while still matching most bike builds.

Cleats with a standard 15° or 20° release and 6° float are included. For long pedal life, use Crankbrothers cleats.
