Crussis e-Country AX 8.12-M2(800) is an urban e-bike focused on commuting and leisure riding, including rougher bike paths. It’s built around a low step-through frame, full city equipment, and an Avinox drive system for high torque. With its spec, it targets the mid to upper segment of urban and trekking e-bikes.
The frame is made from 6061 aluminum alloy and uses a low step-through design for easy mounting even in everyday clothing. The headset is a tapered TAPERED 1 1/8"–1.5" with ICR internal routing for a clean cockpit. Up front, there’s an SR-Suntour XCM32 LO DS suspension fork for 27.5" wheels with 100 mm of travel. The fork has crown lockout, which helps reduce unnecessary bobbing on asphalt.
Drivetrain: SRAM S100 Eagle shifting runs in a 1x12 configuration. The SRAM CS PG1210 Eagle Drivetrain cassette offers an 11–50T range.
Brakes: Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic brakes are two-piston. The rotors are 180 mm front and rear.
Wheels and tires: The bike uses Crussis 27.5" disc double-wall rims with a 30 mm internal width. Schwalbe Hybrid Johnny Watts tires measure 27.5x2.35".
Cockpit: Crussis ALU handlebars are 680 mm wide with a 31.8 mm clamp diameter. The Crussis stem is adjustable from 0–90°, and the DDK saddle has an integrated handle.
The combination of a low step-through frame and an adjustable stem supports a more upright position for city riding. Wider 27.5x2.35" tires increase mechanical grip and smooth out cobblestones and rougher asphalt. The 100 mm travel fork helps maintain control on broken paths and gravel. Hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors deliver consistent performance even with the higher weight of an e-bike.
Crussis e-Country AX 8.12-M2(800) makes sense for riders looking for everyday commuting, errands, and weekend rides without sporting ambitions. You’ll appreciate the low step-through, city equipment, and the rack with the MIK system for panniers. Compared to purely urban e-bikes, it adds a suspension fork and wider tires for worse surfaces.
