For 2024, the new E 1800 Spline DB series of wheels comes with innovative features that offer maximum stiffness, durability, and versatility for road Endurance bikes with aluminum rims designed for disc brakes. The newly designed rims with a height of 30 mm provide optimal properties for long distances. The increased internal rim width of 22 mm ensures excellent damping capabilities and ideal riding characteristics at lower pressure or with wider tires.
The lightweight aluminum rim with inserts offers a low overall set weight (starting from 1867 g) and guarantees rider support up to 130 kg! The hubs are optimized for the lowest possible weight and, in combination with the minimal number of Aerocomp spokes, provide optimal stiffness. The spoked wheels are equipped with DT Swiss 370 hubs with the new Ratchet LN with 18 teeth.
DT SWISS E 1800 Spline DB are ideal as versatile, durable, and fast wheels for any terrain. The most suitable tire widths range between 28 and 34 mm, ensuring optimal performance and comfort on various types of roads.
The Ratchet LN allows you to upgrade DT Swiss hub with freehub pawls to the Ratchet LN. In order to allow for the upgrade to the Ratchet LN system, the freehub seal is mounted on the freehub body of the Ratchet LN system and not in the body of the hub shell as with other Ratchet systems.
