DT Swiss XM 431 27.5" MTB rim black

Description

If the mountains are calling and you don’t want to worry about every harder impact, the DT Swiss XM 431 27.5" MTB rim will keep you moving even in rough terrain. It’s built on a durable aluminum construction and provides confident tire tracking through corners.

Main benefits

The rim is designed for all-mountain riding, where climbs, rocks, and fast descents alternate without unnecessary nerves. Thanks to wider sidewalls, it handles impacts better and keeps its shape even under harsher use.

The asymmetric shape helps equalize spoke tension, making the finished wheel feel stiffer and more stable over the long term. You’ll appreciate this when building a wheel yourself as well as in the workshop, because it’s easier to fine-tune.

The tire interface supports tubeless use while also holding the tire securely even at lower pressure. The rim’s 30 mm internal width adds lateral support for the tire when leaned over.

The black finish matches modern components and doesn’t look out of place on the trail or on an enduro bike. The package also includes stickers, so you can fine-tune the look to match your build style.
