The Alpine DNA 2 is a model of ultralight shoes developed for mid-distance trail races.
The Alpine DNA 2, with its unique midsole design, excels primarily in its exceptional responsiveness and energy return while maintaining minimal weight.
Stability is ensured, among other things, by the X-shaped Pebax stabilization plate running the full length of the shoe.
The Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Litebase technology and its grippy 4mm lugs ensures perfect traction and grip on any surface.
The upper and cushioning of the Alpine DNA 2 are minimized. Nevertheless, the shoe provides maximum foot and sole protection.
The mesh upper and gaiter prevent stones and debris from entering, while the TPU toe cap protects your toes from impacts.
The dual quick-lacing system prevents foot slippage inside the shoe, ensuring excellent comfort without chafing.
The Alpine DNA 2 weighs only 260 grams and features a 6mm drop.
Vibram is a manufacturer and brand of the most widely used rubber compound for the production of soles of various types of footwear, founded in 1937. To maintain the high standards of Vibram, each and every sole model undergoes a series of rigorous tests. The basic characteristics of Vibram soles are their abrasion resistance and grip, which are functional in a wide variety of climatic conditions. It also features long life, resists cracking and retains its properties on wet and dry surfaces.
