The Alpine DNA 2, with its unique midsole design, excels primarily with its excellent responsiveness and energy return while maintaining minimal weight.
Stability is ensured, among other things, by the X-shaped Pebax stabilizing plate that runs the entire length of the shoe.
The Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Litebase technology and 4mm lugs ensures perfect grip and traction on any surface.
The upper and padding are minimized in the Alpine DNA 2. Despite this, the shoe provides maximum protection for the foot and sole.
The upper mesh and collar prevent stones and dirt from entering, while the TPU toe cap protects your toes from impacts.
The dual quick-lacing system prevents foot slippage in the shoe and provides excellent comfort without pressure points.
The Alpine DNA 2 weighs only 260 grams and features a 6 mm drop.
Vibram is a manufacturer and brand of the most widely used rubber compound for the production of soles of various types of footwear, founded in 1937. To maintain the high standards of Vibram, each and every sole model undergoes a series of rigorous tests. The basic characteristics of Vibram soles are their abrasion resistance and grip, which are functional in a wide variety of climatic conditions. It also features long life, resists cracking and retains its properties on wet and dry surfaces.
