Enervit R2 Sport is an energetic recovery instant drink with a high content of
carbohydrates and the most prevalent amino acids in the body such as L-glutamine and BCAA. It also contains vitamin E to protect cells from oxidative damage, magnesium, and B vitamins.

Usage: Within 20 minutes after exercise, dissolve 50g in 250 - 500ml of water
