A long ride can be great—until your palms and wrists start to complain. Ergon GP1 ergonomic grips bring calm and confidence back to your handling, even when the route drags on.
The ergonomic shape supports your palm over a larger area and helps reduce pressure on sensitive parts of the hand. This makes it easier to hold your line and keeps your hands from stiffening up as much.
Mounting with lock-out clamps keeps the grip firmly in place on the handlebars and prevents unwanted twisting. On steep climbs and under braking, your grip stays stable and predictable.
Size L fits glove sizes XL–XXXL.
The material combination of rubber, plastic, and alu clamps provides a comfortable feel in the palm while offering durability for regular riding. The grips feel secure even on longer, more demanding rides.
The mounting is solved with lock-out clamps for a firm hold on the handlebars.
The pair weighs approx. 202 g for the right and left grip.
The material consists of rubber and plastic, complemented by aluminum clamps.
The package includes two pieces: a right and a left grip.
Ergon GP1 is a practical accessory for cyclists who want a more comfortable grip and more confident bike control. It’s great for touring, city riding, and everyday commuting—where your hands are often the first to feel it.
The black and grey finish matches most components and handlebars. With the size option, you can easily match the grips to your gloves and palm width.

Excellent thing. I tighten the aluminum clamp on the handlebar and the grips don’t twist, I can rest my palms on them long-term. About sizing: I wear XXL gloves and still buy size S, because it’s smaller in diameter; the larger ones are unnecessarily thick in the palm.
Pleasantly soft ergonomic grips with screw lock-on, which I see as the main advantage compared to regular rubber grips without lock-on. The second big advantage is the ergonomic shape of the grips that fits well in the hand and saves the wrists, allowing you to do long rides with minimal wrist fatigue.
Even though I'm in the smaller group (8), the circumference of the larger L fits, just unnecessarily long 130, but it's doable.
I went by the reviews and can only confirm, very good and your hand gets a rest.
