When the day stretches on and the miles keep adding up, the saddle determines how you’ll feel on the bike. The Fizik Tempo Aliante R1 Light saddle is built for peace of mind, a stable riding position, and comfort even beyond smooth asphalt.
The waved profile combines traditional support with a more modern, flatter surface, so you shift around less on the saddle and pressure is distributed more evenly.
The ergonomic central cut-out, designed in collaboration with doctors, relieves sensitive areas and helps maintain healthy blood flow on long rides.
Lightweight padding made from injected EVA foam dampens vibrations on rough roads and holds its shape even under long-term load.
The R1-series construction with carbon rails and a stiff shell delivers precise support when pedaling on the road, gravel, and on bikepacking trips.
The shell is nylon and carbon-reinforced for high stiffness and stability.
The padding is injected EVA foam for vibration absorption.
The rails are carbon, and the cover is synthetic for a durable surface.
Fizik Tempo Aliante R1 Light is an endurance saddle for road cycling, gravel, and bikepacking when you want comfort without sacrificing confidence in your position. It’s suitable for men’s and universal use and keeps you in a natural posture even at an all-day pace. In practice, you’ll especially appreciate the stability, the pressure relief through the center, and the secure connection to the bike.
