The Fizik Kudo Aero aerodynamic cycling helmet is ideal for achieving the best performance during alpine road climbs, challenging MTB, and gravel races.
Aerodynamic helmet from Fizik's collection, specially designed in a wind tunnel. Thanks to the integrated shell and rear spoiler, it significantly improves aerodynamic efficiency.
Ventilation holes in the front and a large rear diffuser effectively dissipate warm air, contributing to optimal thermoregulation even during intense rides.
Adjustability in the forehead and nape areas allows for precise fitting to the shape of the head, significantly enhancing comfort and helmet stability.
Lightweight and thin padding supports air circulation. The integrated MIPS Air Node system effectively dissipates rotational forces during impacts without compromising ventilation or comfort.
For enhanced cyclist visibility, the helmet is equipped with a removable rear light with USB charging.

Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet. Currently there are about 5 kinds of Mips system.
EPS is expanded polystyrene. It is a strong and rigid material with a cellular structure, composed of 2% polystyrene and the rest is air.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
