Heart rate sensor designed for direct attachment to medium and high support sports bras.
Once attached, it tracks heart rate, calories, steps, and intensity minutes and streams the data in real time to paired Garmin watches, Edge bike computers, compatible fitness equipment, Tacx Training app and more.
Heart rate can be accurately measured during running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT workouts, fitness exercises, and other activities.
When paired with compatible Garmin watches, you can track running dynamics, such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical ratio, and more to improve form.
If you remove your watch with an active workout during strength training or HIIT workouts and leave it out of range, the sensor stores the data and sends it to the watch when the activity is saved.
The CR2032 battery, with a life of up to 12 months with 1 hour of use per day, can be easily replaced thanks to a quick-release cover.
Measured data can be viewed in the free Garmin Connect App, fully available in English, intended for storing, analyzing, and sharing sports and health data.
