The vívoactive 5 smart watch helps you better understand your body with advanced health and sports features.

Its construction consists of an anodized aluminum bezel in a polymer case, a 1.2" color touchscreen from Corning Gorilla Glass, and a Quick Release 20 mm silicone strap.

In smartwatch mode, the watch can last up to 11 days on a single charge.

The watch offers more than 30 sports profiles with specific functions and individual settings - you can record activities such as walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, golf, wheelchair movement, and more.

With the Body Battery feature, which sees the body as a battery with bodily energy, you'll learn how sleep, stress, and daily activities affect your energy levels.

Sleep advisor analyzes sleep in detail, sets the required length, and gives you advice on how to improve it.

Upon waking in the morning, you'll see an individually customizable message on the display summarizing the previous night and providing a quick preview of the upcoming day.

Once paired with a compatible iPhone or Android phone, the watch displays SMS messages, email notifications, and other alerts. With Android phones, you can respond to messages from the watch display.

For health tracking, the watch monitors short naps, heart rate and its variability, body load using Stress Score, women's health including menstrual cycle and pregnancy, hydration, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation with a pulse oximeter feature.

The watch allows you to save a health snapshot with key health data, which can then be shared with your doctor.

Wheelchair mode monitors the number of pushes throughout the day, alerts on weight changes, offers specialized training, and other functions. In this mode, tracking current fitness according to VO2Max estimation is not possible.

With a Garmin coach, you get free adaptive running training plans from experienced coaches for 5km, 10km, and half-marathon runs.

The Fitness Age feature compares your fitness level to your biological age.

Using the music player, you can play music files from the watch disk or download playlists from streaming music services.

You can review all data in the free Garmin Connect App available in Czech language for storing, analyzing, and sharing sports and health data. You can also create a workout plan from more than 1600 available exercises and send it directly to the watch.

The watch also tracks step count, calories burned, and other data to motivate a healthier lifestyle.

With Garmin Pay, you can create a copy of your payment card in the watch and pay directly from your wrist.

The Garmin IQ mobile app allows you to download and program watch content, such as watch faces, data fields, and applications.
