The vivoactive 5 smartwatch helps you understand your body better with advanced health and sports features.

The construction consists of a bezel made from anodized aluminum in a polymer case, a 1.2" colorful touchscreen display from Corning Gorilla Glass, and a 20 mm Quick Release silicone strap.

In smartwatch mode, the watch lasts up to 11 days on a single charge.

The watch features more than 30 sports profiles with specific functions and individual settings - you can record activities like walking, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, golf, wheelchair movement, and more.

With the Body Battery feature, which considers the body as a battery of physical energy, you learn how sleep, stress, and daily activities affect your energy.

The Sleep Advisor provides a detailed sleep analysis, recommends the necessary duration, and advises you on how to improve it.

In the morning, after waking up, you will see on the display an individually customizable message summarizing the previous night and a brief overview of the upcoming day.

The wheelchair mode monitors the number of pushes throughout the day, alerts to weight changes, offers special training, and other features. In this mode, current fitness levels from VO2Max estimates cannot be tracked.

With the Garmin Coach, you receive free adaptive running training plans from experienced coaches for running 5k, 10k, and half-marathons.

The Fitness Age feature compares your fitness level to your biological age.

You can play music files stored on the watch or download playlists from music streaming services with the music player.

All data can be viewed in the free Garmin Connect App, available in both mobile and web versions, fully in English, designed for storing, analyzing, and sharing sports and health data. You can also create a workout plan from over 1,600 exercises offered in the app and send it directly to your watch.

The watch also tracks step count, calories burned, and other data to encourage a healthier lifestyle.

With Garmin Pay, you can create a copy of your payment card on the watch and pay directly from your wrist.

The Garmin IQ mobile app allows you to download and customize watch content, such as watch faces, data fields, or apps.
