Easy Setup
The innovative OverDrive Aero steering system perfectly conceals cables, routing them through the stem and head tube. This solution improves aerodynamic performance while allowing for quick and easy setup or replacement of cockpit components, as well as fine-tuning of riding position for the best possible performance.
Race-Winning Efficiency
We manufacture Advanced Composite frames using high-quality materials and advanced construction methods and processes. As a result, they have high stiffness-to-weight ratios and offer excellent ride quality. Compared to the previous generation of Propel Advanced Pro, the new model is even lighter for a better stiffness-to-weight ratio.
High-performance raw carbon material with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio is used to produce the custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and molded as one continuous piece (monocoque) using a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) research and wind tunnel test data have provided insights that have been used to optimize the shape of the frame tubes and their connections to give the frame the best possible aerodynamic properties.
A D-shaped fork steerer passes through the head tube of the new Propel and Defy ranges. Together with corresponding spacers, they form an extremely aerodynamic and easy-to-service system of internally routed brake and derailleur cables.
