With the Giant Recon TL 200 rear light, even your usual ride home becomes a calmer journey. You’re more visible in traffic, and those around you notice you in time.
This rear bike light with a maximum output of 200 lumens helps drivers spot you from a greater distance. In the city, that means fewer unpleasant situations and a more confident buffer of space.
The intelligent Smart mode with a light sensor automatically switches between day and night settings. You don’t have to worry about changing light when riding through a tree-lined avenue, a tunnel, or at dusk.
Thanks to 270° visibility, it also shines to the sides, so you’re easier to see at intersections. Two LEDs create a distinct light signature without complicated setup.
A charge status indicator and a light memory mode make everyday use more convenient. As the battery runs low, a low-battery flash warning also helps.
Maximum light output reaches 200 lumens according to ANSI FL 1.
Power is provided by a Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 1000 mAh and USB charging.
Water resistance meets the IPX7 rating for immersion to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.
The light body measures 53 × 28 × 28 mm, and weight is 46 grams including the mount.
Giant Recon TL 200 is a compact rear light for urban and suburban riding, where quick visibility matters. It offers multiple steady and flashing modes for different situations.
Smart day/night switching helps maintain sensible performance without constantly reaching for the button. Compatibility with selected Giant helmets is a plus if you want the light somewhere other than the seatpost.
