The latest generation of the famous TCR racing line was introduced in 2021 with a range of innovations that place it among the fastest TCR cars in over 20 years of history. The main tube, lower frame tube, and fork have aerodynamic profiles that were thoroughly analyzed, designed, and tested to minimize overall air resistance across a wide range of angles. The outcome is the fastest TCR ever produced.
Disc brakes provide high braking efficiency with precise modulation of brake force, significantly improving bike control even in unfavorable weather conditions. The flat mount standard brake caliper attachment and solid 12 mm axles ensure firm brake mounting, enhancing frame stiffness. The OverDrive fork steerer increases steering stiffness and improves bike stability and handling.
The frame and fork are designed to accommodate tires up to 32 mm wide.
High-performance raw carbon material with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio is used to produce the custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and molded as one continuous piece (monocoque) using a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
The oversized fork steerer aims to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise control. Oversized headset bearings (bottom 1 1/4" and top 1 1/8" on road bikes and bottom 1 1/2" and top 1 1/8" on MTB bikes) and tapered fork steerer are included for optimal steering stiffness .
Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit.
Tubeless rims and tires have a design adapted for tubeless use, provided they are supplemented with sealant, tape and valves.
