The new and radically improved TCR Advanced models are built on Advanced Composite carbon frames.
In manufacturing these frames, we use some of the top-tier Advanced SL frame technologies to achieve an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The sharply shaped Variant seatpost is also included (though not integrated here), designed to minimize air resistance, reduce frame weight, and increase your comfort.
A distinctive feature of all TCR series bikes is the proven Compact Road geometry, which not only saves weight but also improves frame stiffness and riding characteristics, particularly enhancing the bike's handling.
The new TCR Advanced boasts an unmatched stiffness-to-weight ratio, most evident during steep climbs, making them easier to conquer, or during sprints, when the bike must utilize every ounce of energy you exert.

High-performance raw carbon material with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio is used to produce the custom Advanced Composite material. The front triangle of the frame is assembled and molded as one continuous piece (monocoque) using a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit.
The oversized fork steerer aims to increase the stiffness of the front of the frameset and steering for precise control. Oversized headset bearings (bottom 1 1/4" and top 1 1/8" on road bikes and bottom 1 1/2" and top 1 1/8" on MTB bikes) and tapered fork steerer are included for optimal steering stiffness .
A massive rectangular down tube and an oversized top tube create excellent lateral and torsional steering precision at the front end. A precisely designed, rectangular shaped downtube provides unprecedented steering and pedaling stiffness.
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeter wide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
