When you want to ride briskly on the road while keeping your mind at ease, the right helmet makes a big difference. The Giro Agilis MIPS silniční přilba Mat Sky Blue looks sporty, feels pleasantly airy, and also covers the back of your head, so you feel more confident even on rough asphalt or a gravel turnoff.
This road helmet is built on a combination of a race-inspired shape and extended protection at the back of the head, which you’ll appreciate on long rides as well as in heavier traffic. The integrated MIPS system is designed to help reduce the effect of rotational forces on the head during an angled impact, adding another layer of safety. A secure fit is handled by the Roc Loc 5.5 retention system, which is easy to fine-tune even with gloves on and holds without uncomfortable pressure. And thanks to well-thought-out ventilation, it’s easier to focus on your pace, not on overheating.
The helmet’s construction uses In-mold (Full Wrap) technology with a polycarbonate shell that extends underneath as well, so it better withstands everyday scuffs during regular use. Ventilation is provided by the Wind Tunnel system with 32 ventilation openings that help direct airflow over your head during road riding. Comfort comes from CoolFit padding, and the ultralight Slimline straps don’t get in the way either, keeping a clean, low-profile look. The helmet meets the EN 1078 safety certification and is designed for Road Cycling in a men’s/UNI version, in the blue color Mat Sky Blue.
Giro Agilis MIPS is an excellent choice for riders looking for a modern road cycling helmet with an emphasis on safety, a stable fit, and ventilation at higher speeds. Thanks to the combination of MIPS, comfortable adjustability, and a durable shell, it makes sense as a reliable helmet for training, commuting, and weekend rides.
