The Giro Aries Spherical is a versatile cycling helmet primarily suitable for gravel biking and mountain biking.
The helmet features a proven In-mold construction with 24 ventilation openings. Together with the DryCore sweat management system and the antimicrobial Ionic+ padding, they ensure excellent ventilation for maximum comfort during every ride.
For enhanced safety, the helmet is made from nanobead EPS foam with Spherical powered by MIPS technology. Additionally, a special reinforcing arch called the Aura II Reinforcing Arch runs throughout the helmet.
The helmet includes the Roc Loc 5+ Air fit system for easy and quick size adjustment. The front ventilation openings are designed for inserting glasses.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight.
