Aries Spherical is the most advanced helmet ever created. It’s lighter, more aerodynamic, and perfectly ventilated. The minimalist profile precisely follows the shape of the head, giving it a compact and natural look. Spherical Technology Powered by MIPS works on the principle of a ball-and-socket joint—two interlocking hemispheres are connected by elastomers that allow them to move relative to each other. In an impact, this helps absorb and disperse both rotational and direct forces. The elastomers also act as a damping element, absorbing energy and increasing the overall level of protection.
The construction uses Progressive Layering technology—the outer shell is made from a harder material for maximum durability, while the inner part is made from softer foam that better absorbs impact energy. The stability of the entire helmet is further reinforced by the Aura reinforcement, which increases strength without adding weight.
A perfect fit is ensured by the patented Roc Loc 5+ Air fit system with precise adjustability. Wearing comfort is enhanced by plush pads with Ionic+ antimicrobial treatment, which help keep things fresh even during intense efforts.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
Spherical technology uses two separate inserts to help manage impact forces. The material and density of the inner and outer liner can be optimized with progressive layering to help handle a wide range of impact forces. When you combine the benefits of progressive layering with the market-leading MIPS® Brain Protection System, which helps redirect rotational motion away from the brain, you get more comprehensive protection.
