The Trailroc 280 is a brand new shoe built on a legendary sole designed for tougher trails and rocky surfaces. This purpose is further complemented by the presence of a protective rockstop Meta Plate layer between the outsole and the cushioning layer, ensuring that even the sharpest rocks will no longer pose a problem.
The cushioning layer is made from the most comfortable POWERFLOW+ foam with an 8-millimeter drop. Given this, it's clear that the Trailroc 280 is mainly suitable for longer distances and anywhere a comfortable shoe is required, yet still retains sensitivity and responsiveness to the terrain.
The upper is stretched over a medium-width last (3) with ample space for toes and a transverse arch in the front. And because the Trailroc is a shoe designed for rocky trails, a robust toe protector against kicks and thermoplastic reinforcements around the entire upper are a standard feature.
