Description

The Isostar Hydrate & Perform ion drink provides hydration along with energy, vitamins, and minerals, thanks to its improved formula without colorants and an overly sweet aftertaste. Additionally, it never hardens when stored correctly.

This is a food product enriched with dietary supplements suitable for athletes, reducing the feeling of exhaustion and muscle fatigue. The prepared isotonic drink enhances performance during exertion and prolongs endurance. It increases water absorption, thus aiding overall recovery.

Besides being a quality energy source, it contains antioxidants vitamin C and zinc for cellular protection against oxidative stress. Vitamin B1 helps convert food into energy and improves subsequent recovery after physical exertion. Calcium and magnesium support optimal muscle function and delay the feeling of fatigue.

Recommended daily dosage 3 scoops in 500 ml of water, with a maximum of 1/2 l to 1l of the drink daily. Before a race (during warm-up) 150–300 ml of the drink. During exertion, 150 ml every 15 minutes. Suitable for endurance physical activity, intense exercise, and hot climates. Store the prepared drink in a cool place and consume promptly. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Content 400 g: 10 x 500 ml drinks, mixing ratio: 5 l isotonic (40 g powder/500 ml water) and up to 10 l hypotonic. Osmolality of the isotonic drink 290 mOsm.

Ingredients: sucrose, glucose syrup, acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium citrate, maltodextrin, calcium phosphates, natural flavoring, sodium chloride, magnesium carbonate; antioxidant: vitamins C and B1.
