The Kästle RX10 Classic Skin are racing cross-country skis designed for classic technique, developed with the participation of professional athletes.
Their core is made of lightweight Paulownia wood, used in the tip and tail of the ski for optimal flexibility, combined with an aramid honeycomb in the center, ensuring excellent torsional rigidity and very low weight.
The hand-ground UM1 base structure, intended for World Cup racers, guarantees optimal glide in variable snow conditions and on wet fine-grained snow.
Thanks to the mohair strip integrated into the kick area of the base, there is no need to use climbing wax. The strip provides ideal grip under virtually all conditions at air temperatures between +10°C and -30°C.
The fibre structure is enclosed in a torsion box made of ultra-lightweight paulownia wood, which Kästle calls UL Wood. It provides optimum torsional and bending stiffness at minimum weight.
