Kids Ride Shotgun Pro EVO is a premium child bike seat designed for modern mountain bikes and e-bikes, and thanks to its thoughtful design, it grows with your child.
In a single product, it combines two versions – a bucket seat with a harness for children from around 9 months to 2 years (9–15 kg) and a Pro seat for older children from 2 to 5 years (12–27 kg).
The seat is mounted using a mounting bar between the headset and the seatpost, ensuring stability while also minimizing contact with the frame and protecting its finish.
Installation is quick and easy – after the initial setup, it can be fitted or removed in about 15 seconds, and the package also includes two reducer spacers for easy swapping between two bikes.
Safety is provided by a five-point harness with a magnetic Fidlock buckle, which the child can’t open on their own, but a parent can operate with one hand, and the product meets EN 14344 and ASTM F3641 certifications as well as TÜV testing.
The seat is compatible with a 1 1/8″ steerer tube, requires at least 10 mm of space under the stem, 14 mm of exposed seatpost, and front suspension.
The controls are designed to be easily adjusted to the child’s age – in the bucket configuration, the child has comfortable handlebars; when switching to the Pro seat, the handlebars fold down and serve as footrests.
