The Mavic E-Crosstrail SL 29 is a trail wheelset designed for e-bikes, offering a perfect combination of low weight, high stiffness, and excellent durability.
Thanks to the 30 mm internal rim width, it works perfectly with modern wider tires and the UST Tubeless Ready system.
The PFP (Pinch Flat Protection) technology protects against tire punctures, while the reinforced FORE rim area increases its stiffness and strength without the need for rim tape around the spoke holes. The Infinity hubs are equipped with QRM Auto bearings and the Instant Drive 360 system for lightning-fast engagement.
The wheels feature Center Lock disc mounting and are equipped with 28 straight-pull spokes. Support for Boost axles (15×110 mm front, 12×148 mm rear) is standard. The maximum total load (including rider and bike) is 150 kg.
The ID360 is a freehub ratchet system designed and manufactured by Mavic. Introduced for road bikes in 2016, this system was first used on MTB bikes in 2018. The ID360 is stiff and durable while benefiting from a faster engagement. The result is immediately visible: faster acceleration, significant energy savings and increased reliability.
Maxtal is a lightweight and strong aluminium alloy developed for Mavic. It offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than conventional AL6106 alloy.
