Ksyrium S Disc can significantly boost the performance of any bike. It is 40g lighter than the previous Ksyrium UST Disc, while being more stable and laterally stiffer. Stiffness is optimized with Fore technology. The upper bridge remains undrilled, optimizing strength and stiffness, and no rim tape is needed, saving an additional 30g per wheel.
The new rim shape makes tire mounting and removal easier, and UST Tubeless technology improves rolling resistance and grip while reducing the risk of punctures.
The new Infinity hub platform optimizes stiffness and power transfer with highly controlled spoke tension, while the Instant Drive 360 freehub combined with automatic bearing preload adjustment (QRM Auto) ensures quick engagement and durability. Ksyrium S not only rides fast but also looks fast. Matte painted hubs, invisible rim welding, and straight-pull black spokes provide a premium look that stands out from the crowd. It is designed specifically for disc brakes and is compatible with a 12x142mm rear axle and can be converted to quick release with the included adapters.
