Met Shelter is an MTB and All Mountain helmet that provides reliable protection during trail rides, cross-country rides, and races.
Thanks to internal airflow, it is lightweight and well-ventilated, ensuring wearing comfort.
The helmet is made from a polycarbonate shell using the In-mould method. It features EPS padding, has extended coverage for the back of the head, and an integrated visor design.
Additionally, it offers the safety Safe-T Sport fit system with a 360° band around the head that prevents pressure points on the head's circumference. It also features the MIPS safety system, providing enhanced protection during specific impacts.
The Met Shelter helmet has 12 ventilation holes working in conjunction with the internal airflow system for better ventilation and comfort, and it includes sunglasses holders for safely storing glasses during climbs or breaks.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
