Magnesium (Mg) is one of the most important minerals necessary for life, which our bodies cannot produce on their own. Therefore, we depend on the intake included in food. Magnesium performs many vital functions in the regulation of energy metabolism as it acts as a cofactor and activator of many enzymes.
Thanks to its convenient packaging in single-serving doses, you can use it just at the first sight of cramps during the workout.
Recommended dosage: If you are training for a long endurance activity, take individual shots before sleep for 2–3 days before the activity. During the activity, it is ideal to have the product with you and use it when needed. Maximum 1 shot per day.
Ingredients: Water, magnesium citratemalate, fructose, glucose, acidity regulator citric acid, preservatives sorbic acid and sodium benzoate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, sweeteners acesulfame Kand sucralose.
