Peatys Monarch Pro Knurl Thin grips Sage

Description

When the trail speeds up and the bars start to take on a life of their own, confidence in your hands matters. Peaty’s Monarch Pro Knurl Thin grips Sage hold firm while keeping your hands calm.

Main benefits

The Knurl texture delivers a sharp, consistent bite and precise feedback you’ll appreciate at race pace and through rough sections. You feel in control, without unnecessary slip.

The dual-compound rubber combines a soft surface for your palm and thumb with firmer zones for your fingers and the ends of the grip. This makes the grip comfortable yet stable when pulling hard.

A core with a lightened channel absorbs impacts and reduces fine vibrations from roots and rocks. Hand fatigue sets in later, especially on longer rides.

The offset core and tapered shape add support where you push the hardest, while leaving a more direct connection to the handlebar underneath. The half flange with a pinky ramp also helps keep your hand in position.

Technical specifications

The length of the gripping area is 130 mm.

The diameter of the Thin version ranges from 30–32 mm.

The material consists of dual-compound 15a + 30a Duralite rubber and a core made from 80% recycled ocean plastics.

The package includes 2 grips with lockrings for mounting with lock-out clamps.

Conclusion

Peaty’s Monarch Pro Knurl Thin grips Sage are mountain bike grips for riders who want precise steering and clear handlebar feedback. The green Sage finish complements a bike subtly, yet still stands out.

The combination of soft and firm zones, damping in the core, and thoughtful shaping helps maintain a confident hold even in demanding terrain. The result is control that stays comfortable for the entire ride.
