Penco AC Salts improves body hydration, neutralizes lactates, and reduces the risk of cramps. It maintains performance at the maximum level and balances mineral imbalance during performance.
Dosage: During intense physical exertion associated with excessive sweating and ambient temperatures above 25°C - 1 capsule before the expected exertion and another during performance, a maximum of 2 capsules per hour. During moderate physical exertion associated with normal sweating and ambient temperature around 20°C - 1 capsule per hour. During physical exertion associated with less sweating or at temperatures up to 10°C - 1 capsule every 2 hours.
