Branched-chain amino acids BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are among the essential amino acids that the human body cannot produce on its own. BCAAs occur naturally in the human diet and are an important component of all proteins. A rich source of BCAAs is, for example, whey protein. Studies show that mega-doses of BCAAs can reduce feelings of fatigue and increase performance during endurance exercise.

Penco BCAA 8000 is an ideal source of energy when muscle glycogen is depleted. It protects existing muscle tissue (anti-catabolic effect) and serves as a readily available building block for the formation of new muscle tissue (anabolic effect).
