Description

Penco Junior Sport Drink is optimal for children's hydration from 6 years of age. It contains no preservatives and artificial colors. It has a balanced composition of a blend of beneficial simple and complex carbohydrates and contains a wide spectrum of minerals and vitamins.

Penco Junior Sport Drink helps children maintain performance and absorb water during intense physical activity. It balances vitamin and mineral deficits, reduces the risk of dehydration, and delays fatigue due to the high content of vitamin C.

Children's bodies are very sensitive to fluid loss, and the risk of dehydration is higher than in adults. In humid and warm environments, children are more at risk than adults during exercise. Dehydration not only reduces performance but is also a health risk, so it's essential to replace these losses continuously.

Children do not have a fully developed sense of thirst, and sweat production is lower. Therefore, less concentrated drinks with lower osmolality are used to hydrate children. Children must drink adequately before starting physical activity, every 10-15 minutes during the activity, and replenish fluid and energy losses after it ends. Optimal hydration is crucial for the final sports performance of both adults and children.

Dosage: 20g (1 scoop) of powder is mixed in either 250ml of cool water (isotonic drink, 300 mOsm/kg) or 500ml of water (hypotonic drink, 150 mOsm/kg).
