Penco Sport JellyBar is a fruit jelly for athletes containing 50% fruit, with Palatinose and minerals. We recommend it before and during exercise as a great alternative to energy gels and bars.
Main benefits: 50% fruit, 15% isomaltulose (Palatinose TM). A special combination of simple and complex carbohydrates. Free from preservatives and artificial colors. Suitable for vegans and children (does not contain gelatin).
Main use: A quickly accessible and easily digestible energy source for achieving good performance in training or competition. The selected fruit component is a mixture of apple and peach, which are among fruit types with a low glycemic index.
Enriched with minerals sodium and potassium, which are lost in greater amounts through sweat during physical exertion. Potassium supplementation is especially important for proper neuromuscular function. Potassium also helps maintain normal blood pressure.
