Penco Sport JellyBar is a fruit jelly for athletes with 50% fruit content, Palatinose, and minerals. We recommend it before and during performance as an excellent alternative to energy gels and bars.
Main benefits: 50% fruit, 15% isomaltulose (Palatinose TM). Special combination of simple and complex carbohydrates. No preservatives or artificial colors. Suitable for vegans and children (does not contain gelatin).
Primary use: Quickly available and easily digestible source of energy for good performance in training or competition. The selected fruit component is a mixture of apple and peach, which are among the types of fruit with a low glycemic index.
Enriched with minerals sodium and potassium, which are largely lost through sweat during physical exertion. Replenishing potassium is particularly important for proper neuromuscular function. Potassium also contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure.
