Penco Ultra Endurance Drink is a high-energy carbohydrate drink for maximal energy intake during intense physical exertion (over 60 minutes). Energy is provided by a unique blend of 5 types of carbohydrates, Penco Carb Mix, and MCT oil.

Optimal Glucose : Fructose ratio 2 : 1 allows athletes to absorb far larger amounts of carbohydrates (90 - 110 g of carbohydrates per hour).

Why use Endurance Drink? Penco ULTRA ENDURANCE DRINK is a powdered concentrate for preparing a carbohydrate drink that helps improve physical performance during highly intense and long-lasting (minimum 60 minutes) physical exertion in trained adults. It contains a blend of carbohydrates Penco Carb Mix i.e., glucose polymers, fructose, glucose, Palatinose, and alpha-cyclodextrin Cluster Dextrin.

It has been found that a combination of different types of carbohydrates increases absorption, providing more available energy (90–110 g of carbohydrates/hour) for endurance sports performance. From glucose alone, a maximum of 60 g of carbohydrates is burned per hour, whereas fructose is able to provide working muscles with extra energy in the form of an additional 30 g of carbohydrates/hour.

Properties of the present carbohydrates PencoCarb Mix vary and have different functions:

Cluster Dextrin alpha-cyclodextrin - cyclic carbohydrate "Novel Food" with a low glycemic index (GI), which helps limit the rise in glucose levels and due to its high molecular weight, does not increase the osmolarity of the drink allowing for a rapid stomach flow and effective hydration

Maltodextrin DE 18-20 – enzymatically modified corn starch with a dextrose equivalent of 18-20, high GI, and high molecular weight

Palatinose – a disaccharide with low GI and gradual energy release

Fructose - simple sugar, a monosaccharide that, like Palatinose, ranks among carbohydrates with gradually releasing energy and low GI.

Glucose – simple sugar, a monosaccharide, with high GI and rapid energy delivery.

Composition: maltodextrin DE 18-20 35%, isomaltulose* PalatinoseTM 20%, fructose 20%, alpha-cyclodextrin Cluster Dextrin® 10%, powdered MCT oil (70/30) 5.8%, glucose 3%, taurine 2%, dried apple juice, coloring: dried beetroot juice, flavor, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, caramel color.

* Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

Preparation and Dosage:

Before performance: for adults, dissolve 50 g of powder mixture (3 scoops) in 250 ml of water. Recommended 10-15 minutes before training or game.

During training/racing: for adults, dissolve 50 g of powder mixture (3 scoops) in 500 ml of water (1 bottle). Sip 200 - 250 ml every 20 minutes. For highly intense (65% VO2 max) and long-lasting physical exertion (over 60 minutes), we recommend 1-2 bottles (60-90 g of carbohydrates/hour).

Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 150 g of powder. Not intended for children under 15 years. Keep out of reach of children! Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
